ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made from Next Wave Hustles are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or where Next Wave Hustles determines that an order issue requires correction.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, including PDFs, downloadable files, guides, templates, systems, and other electronically delivered products, are final sale and non-refundable.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, refunds will not be issued after purchase or delivery.

If you experience a technical issue receiving or opening a digital product, contact us so we can assist with restoring access, replacing a corrupted file, or correcting delivery of the wrong product.

Purchasing a digital product does not grant permission to copy, share, redistribute, resell, upload, reproduce, or commercially exploit the product.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

All physical products are also final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or other customer preference reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After review, Next Wave Hustles may provide a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

DUPLICATE CHARGES OR ORDER ERRORS

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, received the wrong product, or experienced another billing or fulfillment error, contact us for review.

Verified duplicate charges or confirmed order errors may be corrected.

LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, return, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
