Are digital products physical items?

No. Products labeled as digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item or shipping.

How will I receive a digital purchase?

After successful checkout, Shopify sends digital access to the email address used for the order. Access may also appear on the order-confirmation page. Check your spam or promotions folder if the message does not arrive within a few minutes.

Can I share or resell a digital product?

No. Digital purchases are licensed to the original purchaser for authorized personal or internal business use. They may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, sublicensed, or shared with other people.

Are digital purchases refundable?

Digital sales are generally final after access is delivered. We will help with duplicate charges, non-delivery, corrupted files, or an incorrect file. Review the Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

Will sales tax be charged?

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order information and governing tax rules.
