Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases from Next Wave Hustles, operated by Brian Cross as a sole proprietor doing business as Next Wave Hustles.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item. Because access is provided immediately after a successful purchase, digital-product sales are generally final once the download link or access instructions have been delivered.

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase if you were charged more than once for the same order, did not receive the promised download or access instructions, or received a file that is corrupted, materially defective, or different from the product purchased.

We will first try to restore access, replace the file, or provide a corrected copy. If we cannot provide the purchased product, we may issue an appropriate refund. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.

Download links and purchased files are for the purchaser's authorized use only. Losing access because a customer entered an incorrect email address does not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to verify the order and restore access.

Physical and made-to-order products

For an eligible physical product, contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Made-to-order, personalized, final-sale, or clearance products are not eligible for a return based only on preference, color, or incorrect size selection unless required by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 14 calendar days and include the order number and clear photographs.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after digital access has been delivered or after physical fulfillment has begun.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution and commonly takes 5–10 business days after the refund is issued. Any applicable refunded sales tax will be handled with the refunded transaction.
